Tossed into the sales call queue with only a quick hour of training, are you serious? It's not like I don't have my own work to do or anything. What a waste.
Want to keep wait times down? Hire more sales reps. Don't pull employees from the jobs you still expect them to complete to answer phones. This is supposed to be temporary, but it's been going on for months. I'm not paid enough to deal with this.
There's a lot of other stuff that's been frustrating about working here lately, but this is the icing on the corporate cake. I'm looking for a new job, hopefully something where I actually wind up doing what I'm hired for.
