      Engaged teams, lean structures with almost no internal bureaucracy. Flexible working options are in real use.

      Only the size of organization that restricts career growth opportunities (relative small, in comparison to large multinational businesses)

      Work Flexibility. Remote Working and good tools.

      Cons

      CCO (Americas) Spends more time on her personal branding than on Bugaboo. Claims to be the CCO of all the company when she only represents the US and Canadian Market. No strategy in place and does not have a financial or operational acumen.
