Cons
Poor management, especially when it comes from the HR Department. They have prejudice for people with mental illness (depression, anxiety, etc.) even though we specifically stated we got all of the help and medications we needed. They forced us on a psych evaluation test and terminated people who are deemed mentally ill even though we are pushing the barriers of our KPIs and exceeding expectations time and time again. They even check their employees slack accounts and their messages. There was talk that there are people in the Customer Support department that the people who should be promoted because of their performance was overlooked to promote other people that are "closer" to their Seniors.
