The leadership is lacking of experience, leading to communication and transparency problems within the company. The company is ruled by a group of friends who are the ones who actually make the decisions and other voices are not heard (regardless of the effort the people team put on improving this). Regarding the team culture, some people are not team players. Meetings can become their opportunity to show off instead of getting work done. These kinds of problems have been raised by employees have not yet been solved and are leading to frustration for most team members.
