Best reasons to work at this company? Maybe you are lucky and get your salary if you really have no other option and you are starving.

I joined this company because they offered good outlook and career opportunities. They will talk sweetly in the interview but all is fake! Be careful!They offered some training which I had to attend in the beginning but I was never compensated for this time. They did not mention that in the interview. Salary is never paid on time. They will blackmail you and not pay your salary and also delay paying you for your service if you want to quit. They demanded I deposit ORIGINAL documents of myself like school marksheet or pan card, obviously to blackmail me even more if I want to quit. That is not acceptable. Payment was partially dependend on the amount of customers I could win for trading. But Managers where cheating or assigning my success to other people at will or just didn't credit at all or kept the credits to themselves. There is no regulation in work hours, they will keep you working overtime for free for more than 10 or 12 hours or cut your salary. Holidays? - Salary cut and salary delayed. You don't know when you are allowed to go home every day without being punished. Half day on saturday like regulated in your conract? Who cares, they can just blackmail you by not paying anything.

Totally fraud company. I'm former employee of this company . I'm coming through campus selection . They promise me that they support every persons and office environment is very professional . But all is opposite nobody supportive and managers and everybody pressurise so much for work . Working hours in offer letter is 9 hours but they take 12 hours never give leave if any employee is sick or any problem in his/her family. They blackmailing if you take leave so will hold your salary. In my offer letter basic salary is 12k and after target completion 20k but they told me that if your target is not complete so dont worry you get your full basic salary but no they never give complete basic salary .using abusing words all. Very bad working environment.this is my first job and I'm not satisfied.

Challenge is that when I'm sick not able to sit and work but they call and say you have to come .so very challenging is to do work in this condition . On every employee so much pressure. Every month they recruit so many candidates but 80% quit within 15-20 days because of company's behaviour . I never suggest for anybody to work in this company.don't waste ur precious time in this company.
