      Pros

      Great people and everyone is supportive of each other. When you are new everyone is willing to help you get on your feet. Benifits are awesome, 401k is great as well.

      Cons

      Technology is pretty low when it comes to inventory tracking. A lot of manual processes that should be automatic. When customers mess up and don’t order or order the wrong item we have to fix it no matter what.

      It’s a paycheck, and the people aren’t terrible to work for

      Cons

      It’s difficult to advance in the company, management doesn’t take seniority into account when making decisions about employee duties or jobs in the plant , hours are inconsistent
