Disorganized and disrespectful of staff, self-righteous and hypocritical ethos. Poor management. Poor food standards. Green washing. Total lack of communication. Poor health and safety standards. Total disregard for staff wellbeing. No interest in environmental issues. Backwards looking. No sustainability policy. Lack of staff training. Superficial box ticking mentality.
The change in management team doesn’t make any sense with people promoted to Directors who are completely out of their depth with no people skills at all. Best thing that happened to me in the 3 years I was there was to leave, at least it was my choice and not theirs.
