      The people and the culture. Salt of the earth people with a work ethic unmatched today

      Cons

      Family owned, so there isnt much room for growth and as family matures and takes upper level positions most negativity and change that happens isnt for the benefit of the everyday employee.

      In the plant is ok - benefits are good - if you keep your head down and do your job all will be ok - business is good now -

      Cons

      More stress lately - a few managers let go and replaced by family - some managers left on their own - some people on stress leave - not sure where the company is going - wages are on low side - no wage increase this year but sales are up a lot
