      Salary. Unlimited holiday. Supportive team members. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Micro-management. Constant power/political plays from management. Management will glaze in work you sweat over. Your not valued on the work you do, but based on ur rapport with the existing management. Management lacks technical expertise. Typical Indian company - gotta boot lick your way to the top.

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with a strong employee-first culture. There are continuous learning opportunities, supportive leadership, and no micromanagement. Managers are approachable, and the company genuinely cares about employee well-being while offering great benefits.

      Cons

      I personally haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. I’ve been with the company for almost 2 years, and my experience has been very positive overall.
