Great colleagues hindered by disorganisation and lack of support - Bar Manager Brother Marcus Employee Review

There are no pros that I can think of that would merit me mentioning

- the in house management aren’t very helpful -treat people like numbers -have values and expectations that nobody across all venues and positions actually embody -no one knows what they are doing -if you raise any issues you become an issue

Everything! The people, the pay, the staff benefits! They genuinely push for career progression.

I can't think of any!
