Pros
Great business related experience - I came here fresh out of college 5 years ago where I started as a receptionist part time, and then I dabbled into the marketing & customer service side and eventually grew into HR. If you are willing to work hard, be a dedicated student, and get past a lot of hours. There is great experience to be learned.
Management really cares about you and your well being and there is a lot of room for advancement if you don't mind working harder than you thought you'd have to in your Marketing 101 class.
Cons
Since you work DIRECTLY with the CEO's sometimes their passion for their business can be a little aggressive & with a lot of entry level reps and recruiters in the office it can be a little fast paced and always 100 things going on
