Pros
The job itself is very stable and is high paying. I enjoyed the people you get to work with, everyone is civil and friendly.
Cons
I found it kind of funny how they keep pushing the notion of no script to ensure that people do not keep bored of the job. The reality is that you get pretty bored with this job. I also find very slow career growth. You are also very very micromanaged.
