Once during townhall, the CEO got mad at loud background noise and left the meeting completely like a 5-year-old child. Working in the office is like being in a jail. Every move is under watch. Women who are favored by the management are very catty and gossip like mean high school girls. Brutal manual work is done to produce a billion-dollar AUM company's financial statements, which inevitably results in long working hours.
