It's not a large corporation where no one knows your name. You have a lot of autonomy in your daily routine. The 401K is great, and the benefits are nice.

None off the top of my head

I have worked for this company for many years and will continue until I am able to retire. The management that I work with has always made the work environment one that is very rewarding and enjoyable. They make it easy to focus on the customer and provide us with the tools, so that customer's satisfaction is always a number one goal for us. We are not expected to work the holiday or Sundays to give us time off to be with our family. While other companies were taking benefits from their employees, our company continues to give raises and a holiday bonus.

The location that I work at is 30 miles from home. It would be nice to have a closer location, if one were available.
