Pros
This was a great company to work for. Good benefits, great people, and great customers. It's a shame Broadcom got greedy and had to blow it up.
Cons
Didn't move fast enough in the LAN market space after the Foundry acquisition. Could have pulled ahead of Cisco in the category with a little focus on the Ethernet products instead of coveting the Fiber-Channel hardware over the newer IP product sets.
