Pros
Very employee friendly company in terms of the benefits. They have an excellent gym with a variety of free programs, great cafeteria, very good health benefits. Above all the work was challenging and fun and interesting. Company was providing Bonus during a time when the rest of the industry is going through a recession, and during the recession time, they did not do any layoff or paycuts.
Cons
Company as a whole is awesome, but the group I worked had toooooo many politics going on with nepotism flaring high. Appreciation for talent wasn't there.
