      Pros

      There's nothing great about working for a terrible company like Broaster.

      Cons

      Don't bother wasting your time here, because advancing your career at Broaster isn't about putting in the hours and being good at your job, it's about sucking up to supervisors and management, and basically throwing your dignity away just so that you can get a promotion at a mediocre company.

      Good benefits, family culture, somewhat flexible with hours, given autonomy

      Reviews seemed to have come from angry employees. The company overall is pretty good. Yes it has it ups and down but overall it is a good company to work for.

      I enjoy coming to work every day at Broaster. The people I work with are a great group of individuals. Leadership is very helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      It is a job that requires you to be in office daily. Remote options are not available.
