HR has received multiple complaints but does nothing to hold management accountable, they don't acknowledge or follow company policy/procedures. Promoted from within due to time with company, not talent, or knowledge of insurance industry. No mgmnt coaching, only micro managing. HR rep for company protects and watches out for management, not employees. Management ignores conflict of interest with favored employees, If you want to work at a place where you receive no help, no positive feedback, no training, no growth, support, encouragement, positive feedback, where minor things are treated like an emergency, and major things let slide, if you want to do everything from A to Z on claim with zero Admin help, if your okay being disrespected, mistreated, and overworked to save money on budget, then Broadspire, and this office is for you.

Pros

My boss in Houston, Texas is very, very, very supportive, love him so much! He is very considerate, not condescending and very respectful, he listens to each employee, and if any concerns he has a listening ears, not judgmental. His goal is to earn good camaraderie not to lose any employee at all means, and will protect you. I am blessed to still be with them, and thankful for the entire leadership they know how to take care of employees. In return, I work quite hard for the success of this company, that is why 85 years and still rocking!
