Pros

Flexible, working from home is nice

Cons

Corporate will fire you the second you get promoted. Supervisors and management need to worry about getting fired at the end of every proxy season just so corporate can save a buck. The ceo has no idea what he’s doing. The principals this company was founded on are out the window.

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
