use to be a great company to work for. over the last couple of years, not so much anymore. there is no work life balance, expect to be on call 24/7. no recognition for low level employees, management is just interested in themselves and their careers. promotions are hard to come by. stop sending jobs to india. pretty soon there won't be any more jobs in the US
