      Good RSUs, bonus and hybrid.

      Cons

      VMware used to be a great company to work for, after Broadcom acquired it the employees has no saying and the environment became much more difficult.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
