The perks are incredible. plan to double your salary with RSU's and stock.
Cons
The company is incredibly fluid. Policies, people, metrics will change every few months. Sometimes it feels like playing the lottery. I frequently struggle with management adding something new which would become a constant thorn in the side. Very difficult to progress career
