Pros
The compensation at Broadcom is one of the best in the market. Stocks options given are good and would be difficult to match outside.
Cons
Work culture is really bad, HR is just for namesake and we were forced to be in person in office during the 2 years of the pandemic due to which many quit. Management includes people who have been in the company for a long time and they hoard the information and share only with employees with whom they have a bias. Work politics decides who stays and who leaves.
