Good for Freshers or Engineers with lesser experience who are targeting a company for short term and with good package.
Cons
A hire and fire kind of company who is there just to make quick money. Had bought our group of more than 2500 people from all around the world and shut it down within 8 months, showing short sightedness of management. They've been laying off regularly in other groups also, asking people to leave in 1 hr
