Pros
Help Desk services is second to none, IT services are very efficient but sometimes it is difficult to navigate gazillions of web pages. Compensation is OK.
Cons
Little cohesiveness/collaboration, "each men for himself mentality" with few exceptions. People shuffle down hallways with eyes downcast, don't say "Hi". General atmosphere is outright depressing.
