There are a lot of opportunities within the company to move and explore. All the people I worked with are very good at what they do, and they are happy to help you.
Cons
Depending on the group you work with, there can be very slow weeks where you have a lot of free time (which can be quite boring) or very busy weeks where you are working non-stop.
