Pros
Stock price is go after the acquisition. Couldn't think of any advantages working at the compony after the acquisition. Company culture changed drastically.
Cons
No work from home, everything is profit-oriented, cost-cutting. The so called unlimited vacation is actually restricted, and it all deeds on the management team. Losing talented engineers gradually.
