Cons
Not inclusive unless you have worked for the company for a decade or longer. Poor training and overall lack of communication from management. People tend to hoard their work even if they can't get it done timely or accurately. They preach a team mentality but very little collaboration occurs and most people operate on an island. HR has tons of turnover as well, so that should tell you all you need to know.
