This company doesn’t care about you at all. One week you will have a good week at work and the next you won’t make anything. They do not care at all about your safety or well being. The bosses don’t answer their phones half the time. There is absolutely no consistency with anything. One day your boss will put jobs on your phone at 6:40am and another day it will be at 8am so you can’t set an alarm. You have to wake up T 6 and wait for them. If it’s winter and there is snow on the ground, you are basically screwed. They do not care if there is a blizzard outside you still have to work. They don’t even give you vehicles that can handle the snow and we’re in upstate NY. Also you can expect to work every holiday.
