Hectic startup environment not for the faint of heart

The management truly seems to care for the staff and treats every member with the utmost respect. The staff - no matter from which department - work as a team with the success of the company as the goal.

I worked on contract basis and not full-time, so I was never able to fully integrate. Broadlight has since been bought over and become Broadcom, which turns this once "intimate" company into a huge global work place - both positive and negative.
