Owner appears to have anger management issues and often takes frustration out on staff. You will rarely be right, as disagreement with leadership is not well received. The agency has a negative reputation in the market. There is a pattern of hiring inexperienced staff and then expecting senior-level results, followed by criticism when those expectations are not met. During my time there I observed behaviour that raised serious ethical concerns. Many employees seemed reluctant to challenge questionable practices, so most stay quiet. You need to be a bootlicker or submissive to work here long term. Company has not grown since established.
