(Think APPROXIMATELY above 70%) Don't expect OTE....even if you are good at what you do. -Sales commissions are complex, and if the customer cancels their subscription up to 12 months later...the company will take your commission back! -Commissions are opaque. Despite of asking for a written breakdown on commission calculations for nearly 40 pay periods...management will only not provide one. You literally have no idea what you earned, if it's correct, or if you're being paid fairly.
