Best reason to work at BA is staff travel. Voluntary severance packages are generous. Despite few capable people making it to the top, those that do are excellent to work with.
Cons
Poor leadership, which lacks honesty or integrity. Overly political corporate culture. Personality based promotion culture not based on merit or capability. although Few promotion opportunities.
