Nice Family owned Company, great little perks, vegan foodie love, animal friendly and small bonuses time to time, Owners will lend a hand to help you if they see you in need, raises come frequent and add up, fun your first 3months. Phone rarely rang, birthdays and meetings were always fun, lots of caring and asking for your input.
Cons
Family owned sometimes can feel exactly like "not fair" all goes well until you refuse to throw someone under the bus in order to get ahead, no HR dept so they use the law firm behind them acts as one and random other employees. Place can be cold as ice, high turnover - walking on eggshells, never know when its your turn to get the boot. Meanwhile others can kick up their feet up, apply their makeup in their cozy office and get called pet names like hollywood" making others feel like dirt, all while the ones doing the least seem to be cooking the books and receiving several pats on the back. Kind of a real bias snarky place at times, but can be great on their good days.
