There are many cons including (but not limited to) the following: (i) very clique and difficult to fit in, especially if you don't have friends working there already, (ii) unhealthy work culture (people appear friendly but it's all fake, work drama is normalised), and (iii) terrible pay compared to hours expected (better off working for a better paying firm as your hours will be the same)
