The management team prides themselves in fostering an environment of chaos, lies, bullying and contempt for fellow colleagues rather then that of collaboration and success. I was forced into signing a compensation plan that was absolutely unachievable and when I attempted to negotiate on certain KPIs I was told "either sign the KPIs or receive zero bonus". On several occasions I was screamed and cursed at over the phone by several colleagues during the process of deal negotiations. Twice I reported this incident to HR with no actions taken or feedback. The final straw for me was when I was threatened by another executive that if I did not commit to certain revenue figures that "there would be a mass layoff within my team".
