Pros

Few good people still working there

Cons

The HR department have several employees writing falsely positive reviews on several websites just to put a mask on the ugly truth and also to appeal to buyers as the company is in big financial debt and looking for a buyers. The company is publicly traded and their financial statements are available for free. Unqualified management due to nepotism, it's whom you know there not what you do or how hard you work. Senior management positions are given to those who know upper management on personal level regardless of experience or work ethics. Managers, several of them, lead by fear and by talking down to their employees. For example, you may work all kind of hours and bend over backwards to get your job done but when you dare to ask for a promotion, you will be told that you are not even qualified to be in our position and asked to put in more hours, keep in mind when you are a salary employee, no overtime is paid. your skills and qualifications are suppressed so you do not appear more knowledgeable or smarter than your under qualified manager. some managers will take credit for your own ideas to with upper management. No such thing as work/life balance, you are expected to be available all hours of day and night, with no compensation for your wasted weekends or nights. Do not get stuck like I did, I have been working here for less than a year and now having hard time finding another job cause the length of my employment is being counted against me with some employers.
