Poor location - Armed Messenger/Driver Brink's, Incorporated Employee Review

The location I was at struggled. When I was there, OT was not paid after 50 hours as where competitors did; it went back to straight time because we were considered “local delivery” and legislation does not require OT pay. Very high turnover rate that lead to consistently high hours (65+ per week). Company transitioning to increase solo jobs (nobody watching your back). Vehicles not properly maintained leading to being stranded and often locked out holding valuables.
