      latest wave of front line managers is very competent changes to 'old school' thinking are slowly starting to change (maybe)

      Cons

      minimal raises for top performers cost cutting measures focus more on the chaff instead of the wheat annual 'reorganizations' recent turnover in upper management

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
