      Life long friendships made, Patience, The work isnt horrible and depending on your position you may not EVER have to deal with the public or see the sunlight. lol

      Cons

      Poor management. Improvement could be made by assuring everyone works consistenly,Unknown time of getting off. No real opportunities for advancement. Lack of communication that counts.

      Pros

      Great local management and support. Overtime is the difference between $850 a week and $1,300 a week.

      Cons

      Corporate is currently running around with their hair on fire trying to micromanage everything.
