Pros
This company has so much to offer. We make goals, and we reach them, we want to make money, and we do. We want to go on incentive trips and we work our butts off until we get there. It is so easy to get stuck in a job that is a means to an end. I wish I would have found a company like this sooner and we are just at the beginning. I cannot describe how powerful we already are and will continue to be. We work as a team, we push ourselves and one another to not just be “good” but great! The team atmosphere is inviting and motivational. It’s laid back and it’s fun but it also takes a lot of drive and self motivation too which creates a will to push forward when things are getting tough. I am so blessed to be a coach at Brightside and making more money than I have ever made in my life. Anyone would be lucky to have this opportunity. Everyone is created equal and everyone is invested in. We are growing and learning and creating an empire, who wouldn’t want to dominate!?
Cons
Sometimes people aren’t the nicest at the doors but we have a mentality to have a 10 second memory like a gold fish and just keep moving. Some weeks you make more money than others and that is okay. Wish it were consistently great; but the more you push for excellence, the more you will succeed, all a numbers game. It isn’t always easy but it is completely rewarding.
