Brightree has given me the opportunity to learn the in's and out's of the rapidly growing, post-acute care industry. The company has truly redefined Software as a Service, revolutionizing the lives of not only home health, hospice, and DME/HME agencies but also the thousands of patients and families thereby affected. Here, everyone's opinions matter and are taken into high consideration as the company continues to grow. Brightree, its leadership team, and each employee work towards a common goal: building a better tomorrow. In addition, Brightree promotes a very work-friendly environment. You need not be afraid to indulge yourself come the catered lunches or the few extra cups of joe you need to get your day going!

Cons

This is a company where you will receive as much as you put into it. You must be willing to go the extra mile, push yourself that much further to not only reach your goals but exceed them as well. In short, you must have the motivation and aspiration to push yourself beyond all limits to be successful.

Work from home and one a cent increase towards the end of the year not a dollar but cents

Cons

It has become about hitting sales than actually fixing the internal issues within the company no it’s not a sales job but they actually give you a number that you must uphold and make everytime your on call so everytime a patient say no to supplies it’s like they want you to forcefully harass them on call and state the reason on why they should order never mind that folks in this economy on living to paycheck, can’t afford their insurance payment, or are out of job still don’t matter you have to make sure to let them know why it’s important to order plus with them not being able to keep people they have their offer overtime everyday while policing PTO it’s ridiculous handbook say you have two weeks in advance but since they can’t retain enough people now it’s gotten to the point t you must request PTO a month sometimes even three months you’ll either get denied or approve for partial which in your place on a waitlist it’s crazy sometimes I need mental days off cause this job does take you there especially with the rude callers and dumbfounding management also there’s no room to advance only way is to be a team leader and that’s the only way to get advanced other than that if you don’t wanna be a team leader, you’re stuck being in the same role that you were when you first got hired which sucks
