Pros
The associates and employees other than senior management are outstanding. The benefits are great and early on in the infancy of Brightpoint the management showed appreciation and loyalty. IF you put your nose to the grinder you can learn a ton of information from those who have been there for 5 or more years and are serious about making BP A worlkd class leader in the wireless industry. The HR department and Operations Departments are one of the best in the world, and have some outstanding leadership. But beyid that its nothing more than a frat party for white men with money.
Cons
Inconsistent management. Poor decisions by management. Lack of trust. The inabaility of management to stay consistent in it's values. he mjor downside is really involved with the senior management and how they pick and choose who they want on their teams. Its not about performance or even being a loyal hard worker. Its about living in Zionsville or Carmel and who can kiss the most butt, especially in the Sales force. If you aren't a young attractive woman, or a frat boy who comes from money it is very difficult to move any father than just being a sales lackey. I wish I was not so bitter
