Pros
Worked here a couple years ago (not saying exact year to keep it anonymous). The environment was super chill. Coworkers were great, dress code is casual, standard amount of holiday days, health insurance and RDO's nothing exceptional but not terrible either. Starting out, the work load is going to seem daunting. That first week, you likely won't fulfill the expected quota, but by the first month, I was finishing my weekly duties within the first 2 days. Pretty much just relaxed the remaining days. Granted, maybe things have changed but I felt guilty at times with how little work I was doing the remaining 3 days of the week. I wouldn't mind staying here the rest of my life, but the salary was low. Granted, most places were paying around this range. It is very much a position that you use to leverage into higher paying careers.
Cons
Not much growth potential. There were maybe two positions I could see being promoted to, but you would have to be there for several years.
