Brighthouse has a unique vision of simplifying the life insurance and annuity business so that it's more understandable for the average American, leading to more financial security as people retire and plan for their families. The leadership team believes in this noble purpose and all the company has to do now is figure out how to get there. It's an exciting time to join, because everything is being built and everyone has the ability to contribute opinions, ideas and work toward what the company will be.
Cons
A lot of MetLife employees moved to Brighthouse, so there are a lot of complex processes that were brought over that will still need to be revisited and maybe ultimately changed. It seems that people are willing though.
