Talent is able to flourish at Brighthouse because of our deliberate approach to being smart and efficient with our operations. It is refreshing to be a part of an organization that intentionally avoids bureaucracy. The CEO is passionate and inspiring in his leadership. Management at every level is collaborative. The building and workspace is a beautiful LEED gold-certified building. Dress code is casual -- something rarely seen in the Financial Services field. Brighthouse is active in giving back to the community and is a Platinum sponsor for the Isabella Santos Foundation. Brighthouse has forward thinking benefits that include paternity leave.
Cons
I don't have any cons. You have to be flexible, willing to adapt to change, and be willing to step outside of your comfort zone at Brighthouse. That's not a con for me, but for some people it might be.
