Pros
It's a good and comfortable company to work in. In Bright, there's a professional environment, yet it successfully fosters a high level of friendly and warm communication. Project managers are given plenty of freedom for self-realization. A manager's project portfolio is usually mixed: there are a few projects with staff augmentation and some service projects. The company has a well-developed HR department that conducts additional 1-1 sessions with all employees and helps PM identify and solve team problems. Here, PMs don't handle invoicing - there's a friendly team of accountants for that. Excellent support for entrepreneurs. Cool team-building events, even during challenging times for Ukraine. And, Brightgrove is an active volunteer supporter of Ukraine and the ZSU. Both the company and employees, from C-level to developers, participate.
