I'm very happy here and have been here over 20 years.

BrightWork ticks all the boxes for an ideal workplace for me. The work you do has an impact. Regardless of seniority, everyone in the Cooperative has a role they own and lead, contributing directly to the success of our business. Experimentation and innovation are highly encouraged, fostering a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Transparency is very important here, ensuring that everyone is informed and involved in business planning and decision-making processes. BrightWork is a cooperative with a triple purpose: to look after our customers, ourselves, and our wider community, and we certainly live by that. Not many, there is a reason I've stayed here so long. BrightWork is still in the early as a cooperative. This can sometimes lead to slower in decision-making as we navigate our growth and establish our processes.
