      What a mess!!! - Senior Leadership BrightView Employee Review

      Pros

      Good clinical staff cares for patients.

      Cons

      The list of cons is long. Inexperienced leadership likes to act like they know everything. They don’t care about the staff, it’s ONLY about money because they are looking to sell the company in a few years. BrightView has been a mess since it opened.

      1. Supportive colleagues (Fellow APRNs and physicians) 2. Supportive corporate and site management 3. Ease of access to company physicians for consultation 4. Adequate onsite training with ongoing physician oversite during orientation period. 5. Smooth onboarding.

      Cons

      1. Insurance could be better. 2. Would love more advanced dictation capabilities.

      Pros

      This company is a great place to work. The staff are very professional and are extremely helpful. I am glad I chose to work for this company. The training that I received is top notch. I feel right at home here at Brightview!

      Cons

      I cannot think of anything that is a con to working here. It's all good!
