      Pros

      Work/home life balance and great new CEO making promising changes.

      Cons

      Can't and doesn't want to handle growth, unresponsive team, misleading during job interview, caters to top business developer by letting them dictate all rules and procedures instead of following corporate policies, very little support or training for new BDs, very low commission at the start of employment. Difficult environment for new BDs to achieve success.

      Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
